He started as a technical recruiter and worked his way into building and scaling engineering organizations at Google, Microsoft, and Airbnb, including building Airbnb India's entire engineering team from zero.
Along the way, he's reviewed more than 50,000 resumes and sat across the table for over 2,000 interviews — enough repetitions to know exactly what separates a candidate who gets an offer from one who gets ghosted. It's rarely about talent.
