A short form. It is a way to tell me you want in. It is not a purchase and it commits you to nothing.

If it looks like a fit, we book a 20-minute call within two business days. We confirm what the membership covers and what it does not.

05 The honest limits
What I Will Not Do
I will not submit applications for you. I will not write your resume for you. I will not make introductions to recruiters or speak to an employer on your behalf. I will tell you where you stand, what is weak, and what to do next. That is the job.
06 Read before applying
Boundaries
Career Momentum Membership provides career coaching, strategy, and feedback. It is not recruitment, job placement, legal, immigration, mental-health, or financial advice. Results, interviews, offers, and compensation outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Async support is available by email and shared Google Docs only. Joshua will respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. Evenings, weekends, public holidays, and urgent same-day requests are excluded. This is not an on-call or emergency service.
The membership includes the calls and feedback stated for your tier. It does not include unlimited calls, done-for-you resumes or LinkedIn profiles, application submission, recruiter introductions, direct employer advocacy, or work beyond the agreed scope. Additional work may be quoted separately.
Client progress depends on timely preparation, attendance, and execution. Sessions missed or cancelled with fewer than 24 hours' notice are treated as used, except in genuine emergencies.

Questions
Is applying a commitment?
No. The form tells me who wants this and what they need. Nothing is charged, and nothing is agreed, until after a fit call.
Why only five places?
Because a one-business-day response only holds at a small size. Five members is the number I can serve properly.
What does async support mean?
Email and shared Google Docs. I respond within one business day, Monday through Friday. It is not a chat line and it is not on-call.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice count as used, except in real emergencies.
Can you guarantee interviews or an offer?
No, and anyone who does is selling you something. What I can do is sharpen your judgment, your materials, and your follow-through. The results depend on your execution.
