What we collect

When you complete the Career GPS Quiz, we collect your email address and the answers you choose about your career situation, goals, preferred support, and investment comfort level.

How we use it

We use this information to show your recommendations, understand what support may be relevant, and contact you about your results and RecruitingSniper services. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored

Completed quiz responses are sent to a RecruitingSniper Google Sheet. Payments and bookings are handled by Topmate under its own policies. We retain quiz records for up to 24 months unless a longer period is necessary to resolve a request or meet a legal obligation.

Analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the website, such as quiz starts, recommendation views, and product-link clicks. We do not send your email address or quiz answers to Google Analytics.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your quiz information, or opt out of follow-up messages, by emailing joshua@recruitingsniper.com.

Updates

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
