This site is run by Joshua Talreja, trading as RecruitingSniper ("we", "us").

What we collect

Career GPS Quiz: your email address and the answers you choose about your career situation, goals and preferred support.

When you buy or book: your name, email address and phone number, what you bought, the price, and the Razorpay order and payment reference. When you book a 1:1 session on this website we also collect the date and time you choose, your timezone, and any notes you add about what you want to cover.

When we deliver a service: your resume, LinkedIn profile, career history and the answers you give in our questionnaire.

Website use: how visitors use the site, such as quiz starts, recommendation views and product-link clicks, when Google Analytics 4 is enabled. If you buy on this website, your browser also remembers your preferred currency on your own device so prices display consistently.

How we use it

We use it to deliver what you bought, to show your quiz recommendations, to confirm payment, send your files and meeting invitations, handle refunds and support requests, to reply to you, and to contact you about your results and our services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, and by Topmate for bookings made through Topmate. Card, UPI and bank details go directly to them. We do not see or store those details, and we receive only the payment status and reference we need to confirm your order. Razorpay and Topmate handle your data under their own policies.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Quiz responses go to a RecruitingSniper Google Sheet. Orders placed on this website are kept in our order database on our web host and logged to a RecruitingSniper Google Sheet. Client materials are kept in our Google Drive and Docs. 1:1 bookings are added to Joshua's Google Calendar, which sends your invitation and Google Meet link. We send messages from our business email. We share your information only with these service providers, to run the service, or where the law requires it. We do not share your resume or answers with employers or other clients.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the site, and may set cookies. We do not send your email address, quiz answers or payment details to Google Analytics.

How long we keep it

Quiz records: up to 24 months. Client materials: up to 12 months after your service ends. Order and booking records: for as long as we need them to run your order and meet our legal and accounting duties. We may keep information longer where we need it to resolve a request or meet a legal duty.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop follow-up messages, by emailing info@recruitingsniper.com. We reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
