Delivery Policy
Effective 3 November 2026
Everything we sell is delivered online. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
Digital products
Guides, templates, cheat sheets, masterclasses and packages are sent to the email address you paid with, as a download or access link, within 15 minutes of payment. When you buy on this website, your files also open on a private download page as soon as your payment is confirmed. Those download links stay valid for 30 days from purchase, with up to 10 downloads per file, so please save your files to your own device within that time. Purchases made through Topmate are delivered through Topmate.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, or a link has stopped working, email info@recruitingsniper.com from the address you paid with, including your payment ID.

Online sessions
Sessions run online at the time you book. When you book on this website, you choose a date and time before you pay, and once payment is confirmed a Google Calendar invitation with a Google Meet link is sent to your email. For bookings made through Topmate, the meeting link is sent to your email after booking. Some packages include a 1:1 call: you book the included call after purchase, with no second payment. Delays
Timelines start when we have everything we need from you. If we expect to be late, we will email you before the date and agree a new one.
Clients outside India
All delivery is by email and online meeting, so there are no customs or courier steps.
