Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to everything sold on this site by Joshua Talreja, trading as RecruitingSniper.

Digital products (guides, templates, cheat sheets, masterclass, packages)

You receive these straight after payment. Because they are delivered instantly, they are not refundable once delivered. If your file is broken, missing or sent to the wrong address, email us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. Where a package includes a 1:1 call, the files are covered by this section and the included call follows the 1:1 session rules below.

Resume, LinkedIn and writing services

Cancel before we start work (before you submit your questionnaire or materials): full refund.

Once work starts: no refund, because the work is already under way.

Once we send your first draft, the service counts as delivered. Revisions included in your package are listed on its page.

If we cannot deliver what you bought, we refund you in full.

1:1 coaching sessions

Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice: full refund.

Cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss the session: the session counts as used, except in a genuine emergency.

If Joshua needs to cancel or cannot attend, we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Membership

Nothing is charged before you apply, have a fit call and receive an invoice. Cancellation and refund terms for each membership are confirmed in writing at the fit call.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged twice, or charged but see no confirmation, email us with your payment ID. A duplicate charge is refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

How to ask

Email info@recruitingsniper.com with the subject "Refund request", your name, the email you paid with, and your payment ID or booking reference. Your Razorpay payment ID is in the payment confirmation email from Razorpay. See also our Terms and Conditions and Delivery Policy.
