1. Who we are

This website, coaching.recruitingsniper.com, is run by Joshua Talreja, an individual based in Delhi, India, trading as RecruitingSniper ("we", "us"). By buying or booking anything here you agree to these terms, together with our Cancellation and Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of them.

2. What we offer

We offer 1:1 career coaching sessions, resume and LinkedIn services, digital guides, templates and cheat sheets, and a membership for past clients. Descriptions and prices are on our Pricing page.

Depending on the product, you buy on this website or through Topmate, where Topmate's own terms also apply. A 1:1 Career Strategy Consultation is booked for a specific date and time. Some packages also include a 1:1 call, which you book after purchase at no extra charge.

3. What we do not do

We provide career coaching, strategy and feedback. We are not a placement agency, and this is not recruitment, job placement, legal, immigration, mental-health or financial advice. We do not introduce you to employers or speak to them for you. We cannot guarantee interviews, offers or compensation outcomes. Results depend on your preparation and effort.

4. Your part

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give accurate information, especially your name and email address, because that is where we deliver your files and meeting invitations. You also agree to complete any questionnaire we send and to attend booked sessions. Delivery timelines start when we have everything we need from you.

5. Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are shown at checkout. Where the website offers a US dollar price for a product, you are charged in the currency shown when you pay. No GST is charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay, or by Topmate for bookings made through Topmate. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

7. Digital products

When you buy a guide, template or cheat sheet you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself. You may not share, resell, copy or republish it.

8. 1:1 sessions

When you book on this website, you choose a date and time from the slots available, shown in your own timezone. Your slot is held briefly while you pay and is confirmed once payment succeeds. A Google Calendar invitation with a Google Meet link is then sent to the email you gave. If a slot becomes unavailable while you are paying, we ask you to choose another time at no extra cost. Bookings made through Topmate follow Topmate's booking steps. For all sessions, please join on time: the session ends at its scheduled finish time even if it started late. 9. Your information

We use your resume, LinkedIn profile and answers only to deliver your service. We do not share them with employers or other clients. You keep ownership of your own materials, and you may use the finished work as you wish. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Our content

All site content, guides and templates belong to us. Copying or republishing them without written permission is not allowed. You also agree not to misuse this website, try to open download links or bookings that are not yours, interfere with how it works, or record a session without Joshua's consent.

11. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect services you already paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
